South Bay HR founder Lori Burzminski leads the firm, leveraging over 15 years of HR experience, including serving as Corporate Human Resources Director for a multi-national, public company with more than 300 employees.
Lori started the company because she saw a need in the business community for outsourced HR services. Many companies do not have the resources to properly staff an HR department and do not need a full-time HR professional to add onto the payroll. South Bay HR provides companies with customized human resources and recruiting solutions through project-based arrangements or at competitive hourly rates.
Clara leverages knowledge in all facets of HR management including, recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits and learning and development solutions that consistently meet and exceed business objectives. Clara's intuition and upbeat personality are a definite plus when it comes to filling our client's recruiting needs.
Clara has a BA in Liberal Arts and is SPHR certified.
