South Bay HR founder Lori Burzminski leads the firm, leveraging over 15 years of HR experience, including serving as Corporate Human Resources Director for a multi-national, public company with more than 300 employees.
Lori started the company because she saw a need in the business community for outsourced HR services. Many companies do not have the resources to properly staff an HR department and do not need a full-time HR professional to add onto the payroll. South Bay HR provides companies with customized human resources and recruiting solutions through project-based arrangements or at competitive hourly rates.

Mayra L. Harris, Senior HR Consultant. Mayra is a Human Resources leader with over 15 years experience in the Human Resources field. Mayra has a generalist background with emphasis in employee and labor relations, compliance, organizational development, training, and talent acquisition.
Possessing a Senior Professional in Human Resources designation and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Leadership from Biola University, she is currently working on her Master's Program. |
