Since 2005, South Bay HR has helped small- and medium-sized businesses throughout Southern California identify their best course of action while navigating through human resources issues.

Lori Burzminski

South Bay HR founder Lori Burzminski leads the firm, leveraging over 15 years of HR experience, including serving as Corporate Human Resources Director for a multi-national, public company with more than 300 employees.

Lori started the company because she saw a need in the business community for outsourced HR services. Many companies do not have the resources to properly staff an HR department and do not need a full-time HR professional to add onto the payroll. South Bay HR provides companies with customized human resources and recruiting solutions through project-based arrangements or at competitive hourly rates.

 

Mayra Harris Mayra L. Harris, Senior HR Consultant. Mayra is a Human Resources leader with over 15 years experience in the Human Resources field. Mayra has a generalist background with emphasis in employee and labor relations, compliance, organizational development, training, and talent acquisition.

Possessing a Senior Professional in Human Resources designation and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Leadership from Biola University, she is currently working on her Master's Program.
